For larger properties or shoots that need a bit more breathing room. This keeps the quality high without rushing and ensures everything is captured properly.

Note:

Pre-arranged extra time is recommended — this allows for smooth planning and scheduling.

I factor in some buffer time for each shoot to cover minor overruns.

If a shoot requires significantly more time than originally planned, additional filming is subject to my schedule and will be confirmed before proceeding.

Standard delivery is within 7 days. I edit on set days each week and take on a limited number of projects to maintain quality.

Faster delivery is subject to scheduling and must always be confirmed:

• 48-hour turnaround — Sometimes available at no extra cost, offered at my discretion.

This add-on is perfect if you want to capture more of your property’s features and create a video that fully engages potential buyers, while maintaining a professional, high-end finish.

Larger properties naturally take more time to capture properly. When photos are part of the package, additional filming time may be required to maintain quality across the entire space.

To keep things clear, the following size guide applies:

• Up to 2,500 ft² — Included

• 2,501–4,000 ft² — +£50 (approx. +30 mins filming)

• 4,001–5,999 ft² — +£100 (approx. +60 mins filming)

• 6,000 ft² and above — Custom quote, discussed in advance

This ensures larger homes receive the time and attention they deserve, with no surprises.

I’m based in London and regularly work across Zones 1–2 and NW Zone 3, which are fully included in my standard pricing.

For locations outside these areas, travel time is charged to reflect the additional time away from filming and editing:

• Outside standard zones — £50 per hour of travel, calculated from the edge of the standard service area

• Long-distance or multi-day jobs — travel and accommodation are billed separately and discussed in advance

For larger bookings, multiple properties, or full-day shoots, travel fees can sometimes be adjusted. If your project falls outside the standard area, it’s always best to get in touch and we’ll work out the most sensible approach together.

For projects that are too far to reasonably travel back on the same day, or where filming times run late, an overnight stay may be required.

• Overnight fee — £150 per night
  This covers time away from home and availability across multiple days.

• Accommodation — billed separately
  Hotel costs are charged at cost and agreed in advance.

For larger bookings, multiple properties, or full-day shoots, overnight and travel fees can sometimes be adjusted. If an overnight stay may be needed, I’ll always flag this early and talk it through so everything is clear before booking.
